1. Payment & Booking

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm any booking.

The remaining balance is due on the day of the session before final files are delivered.

Accepted payment methods: Zelle, PayPal, bank transfer, or agreed-upon alternative.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule once with at least 48 hours’ notice.

Cancellations within 48 hours of the session will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Cancellations made earlier than 48 hours will not be charged the remaining balance, but the deposit will still be retained.

No-shows or same-day cancellations are billed at 100% of the session rate.

3. Turnaround & Delivery

Edited images will be delivered digitally within 7–10 business days via downloadable link.

Rush delivery may be requested for an additional fee.

Images are delivered in high-resolution JPEG format.

RAW files are not included unless previously agreed upon in writing.

4. Licensing & Usage Rights

All images created by That’s Crispi LLC are protected by copyright.

Clients receive a limited license for personal-use only, including:

• Social media

• LinkedIn or portfolio

• Press kits and personal branding

Commercial use (e.g. advertising, sponsored content, investor decks, websites promoting paid services) requires a separate license and additional fees.

For full commercial rights or image buyouts, please inquire prior to the shoot.

5. Photographer’s Rights

Thats Crispi LLC retains full copyright ownership of all images.

Select photographs may be used by Cristina Pimienta for:

• Portfolio

• Website gallery

• Social media

• Promotional content

If you’d prefer not to have your images shared publicly, a written request must be submitted prior to your session.

6. Studio / Location Fees

Unless explicitly stated, studio fees and location bookings are not included in the session price.

Clients are responsible for:

• Booking the location

• Covering any rental fees

  Recommendations can be provided upon request.

7. Client Responsibility

Clients are expected to arrive on time, prepared, and camera-ready.

Session time begins at the scheduled start time.

Delays may reduce the total shooting time or result in additional fees.

8. Retouching Policy

All sessions include standard retouching:

• Color correction

• Skin smoothing

• Minor blemish removal

• Light background cleanup

Extensive edits (e.g. body reshaping, object removal, background replacements) are available for an added fee and must be requested in advance.

9. Final Notes

By booking a session with Cristina Pimienta / That’s Crispi LLC, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
