Last week, we hung out at AGENDA Miami and caught up with a lot of your favorite brands. Being in Miami gave a unique spin to streetwear’s biggest trade show. The event came with a taste of local art exhibits, parties, and food, plus a chance to check out some new hometown brands who took the opportunity to showcase their collections.

Our homies from Ethik came down from NYC and we caught up with them to get a look their upcoming gear. The brand really impressed us with their innovative take on several classic streetwear essential pieces. From their unique full zip baseball jersey to their military inspired vests, the entire Ethik booth was dope. Ciroc Empowered Brunch

Whats up guys! Yesterday I attended a private brunch hosted by CÎROC. I was invited by Norma formally known as "NormaNow". You definitely have heard of her. She is one of the female OG's of Miami. She brought us PeachFuzz, Trap Paradise, Best Day Ever, and continues to bring us many more events. She was recognized as one of the 100 empowered women making power moves in Miami!

A little back ground of what the event was about; "The makers of CÎROC Vodka partnered with VARIETY AND WOMEN’S WEAR DAILY to invite women to brunch with a purpose as a part of the Empowered Brunch Series. To dine and dish empowerment with some of the biggest female names in entertainment, music and sports."

It is pretty dope being invited and to be considered an empowering woman! With that being said, y'all really need to start paying attention man. Women are about to start changing the world...for the BETTER. Whether we bring you a party, art show, an event, talk show etc etc; paying attention to what actually goes on behind the scenes will give you a better understanding as to how one is being empowering and empowered. Never let social media or the internet fill you up or blow you up.

Norma along side with other women are here to show you what the Miami culture has to offer. Come to the other side of the bridge and see what's good! (Like Wynwood Brewery with yummy food from the Peruvian foodtruck!) Sometimes it's not all about the sandy beach and nice palm trees.

Remember ladies... RESPECT, PEACE, and UNITY will only make us stronger and better. Leave the competition and vulture attitude at home!

Babo Teahouse - Jersey City, NJ

Babo Teahouse...oh man I wish I can pull out images from when my friend took me here when we were around 14 years old! Anyway on my recent trip back home to Jersey of course; I re-visited Babo Teahouse located in Downtown Jersey City. It is one of those places that if you are from the area, been there when you were young, or you just so happen to leave Newport Mall and walk to the Pier you suddenly run into it; then you know about the teahouse. I would like to call it an updated "hole in the wall". This teahouse needs a little bit more recognition though. Besides the really tasty babo tea, I had the banana flavored. The cup calls it "China". Babo Teahouse has couple elements that sets this teahouse apart from other teahouses. They have a bookshelf with exclusive one of kind Breaking Bad  figurines and authentic props from the Breaking Bad set. I also remember another bookshelf with other exclusive figurines and collectibles!  Parallel from that there is a whole section of coin machines filled with awesome anime, cartoon toy, and different stickers....Wait...Did I forget to mention there is charging station for your cellphones?! CLUTCH!  AND they have food as well too! BTW their chicken wings were pretty bomb! (Stole some from Ariel!)

Oh yeah, Ariel! Hey mister! Alright guys, my friend Ariel is a really good friend of mine, which I have been friends with for a while now. Only caught one picture of his face, but I can def pull up some #TBT flicks! I'll do that later though. Mystery is awesome and I rather you guys figure out who he is while continuing my journey. Just know this awesome creative being is one smart nerdy cookie like your gyal. Don't let the fashion and sneakers kick you off guard. There's a reason why we were "ATCF".
